We strongly recommend performing a strand test before applying any color treatment to the full set of extensions.

Please note that hair extensions are processed differently during manufacturing than natural hair, and results may vary depending on the products and techniques used. Chemical treatments can affect the original texture and integrity of the hair. Reactions may include dryness, shedding, breakage, tangling, matting, or changes in texture.

We do not recommend chemical processing by unlicensed individuals. For any permanent color or chemical changes, always consult a licensed professional hairstylist. While our extensions can be colored, every hair type reacts differently, and Beautiful Strands cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from chemical services.

For best results, all Beautiful Strands extensions should be installed by a licensed and/or extension-certified hairstylist. Any self-installation or installation performed by an unlicensed third party is done at your own risk. Beautiful Strands is not responsible for installation results or experiences.

To maintain the quality and longevity of your extensions, we recommend following our care guidelines and using high-quality aftercare products. Using products not recommended by Beautiful Strands may affect the performance, lifespan, and overall condition of your extensions, for which we cannot be held responsible.

• In stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase.

• Pre-order items process within 7-10 business days. 

• Once shipped, delivery is based on location and shipping speed selected.
