All pre-orders placed through our store are made to secure inventory in advance. Please note the following terms before placing your order:

  • Processing Time: Pre-orders take 7-10 business days to process before shipping. This does not include weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping Time: Once processing is complete, your order will ship using the selected shipping method at checkout.

  • Mixed Orders: If your cart includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready.

  • Updates: You will receive email updates regarding the status of your pre-order as it moves through processing and fulfillment.

  • No Cancellations: Pre-orders are made to order and cannot be canceled or changed once placed.

• In stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase.

• Pre-order items process within 7-10 business days. 

• Once shipped, delivery is based on location and shipping speed selected. 

• please contact us before selecting express shipping to ensure we can express the hair. We offer express shipping for those last minute hair emergencies! 

• If you need a rushed order please contact us before ordering to see if we can process your order sooner.

Order in Advance:

To ensure you receive your order on time, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance, especially if you need it by a specific date. Unexpected delays can occur, and we want to ensure you have ample time to plan for your purchase.

Shipping Delays:

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once your package is handed to the shipping carrier, tracking updates and delivery times are outside of our control.

Hair is measured stretched.  

This hair comes in a natural dark brown tone.

For textured hair types such as wavy, curly, and kinky, all lengths are measured in their fully stretched state. Please note that due to the natural curl pattern, the hair may appear shorter when worn in its natural form, but will reflect its true length when fully extended

Coloring your hair extensions, whether performed by yourself or a hairstylist, is done entirely at your own risk. Any coloring, bleaching, lifting, or chemical processing of Beautiful Strands extensions will void our return and exchange policy. We strongly recommend performing a strand test before applying any color treatment to the full set of extensions.

Please note that hair extensions are processed differently during manufacturing than natural hair, and results may vary depending on the products and techniques used. Chemical treatments can affect the original texture and integrity of the hair. Reactions may include dryness, shedding, breakage, tangling, matting, or changes in texture.

We do not recommend chemical processing by unlicensed individuals. For any permanent color or chemical changes, always consult a licensed professional hairstylist. While our extensions can be colored, every hair type reacts differently, and Beautiful Strands cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from chemical services.
