All pre-orders placed through our store are made to secure inventory in advance. Please note the following terms before placing your order:

• Processing Time: Pre-orders take 7-10 business days to process before shipping. This does not include weekends or holidays.

• Shipping Time: Once processing is complete, your order will ship using the selected shipping method at checkout.

• Mixed Orders: If your cart includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready.

• Updates: You will receive email updates regarding the status of your pre-order as it moves through processing and fulfillment.

• No Cancellations: Pre-orders are made to order and cannot be canceled or changed once placed.

• please contact us before selecting express shipping to ensure we can express the hair. We offer express shipping for those last minute hair emergencies! 

• If you need a rushed order please contact us before ordering to see if we can process your order sooner.
